"Just A Girl From 24th and Hadley" Milwaukee's Own Dezerea Bryant Takes Her Shot at 2020 Tokyo Olympics

Dezerea Bryant is a National Champion in the 200m dash. She competed at the 2019 World Championships and earned a Bronze Medal in Women's 4x100m Relay. The young American sprinter is known for 100m & 200m events.

Bryant's father took to social media on June 25th to express how proud he was of her recent accomplishments. He wrote, "Dez just made it to the finals of the 200m, she'll run tomorrow for a chance to go to Tokyo to rep the USA in this year's Olympics."

He continued by saying, "She'll have to run the best race she's ever run, every lane is stacked, she's ready for the task. Just a young girl from 24th and Hadley. [Milwaukee] Love my daughter, Sir Jinks."

I keep telling you all black girls have super powers. The city is rooting for you Dezerea!
